It was gorgeous all morning and I got a bit sunburnt at bruichladdich. It was foggy and raining at Laphroaig, shame for them really but appropriate for standing in a peat field. Today the complete opposite, overcast in the morning and lovely in the afternoon, we were basking in the sun at caol ila. Time to crack open that festival bottling, report to follow (probably tomorrow morning, off to port ellen later to meet up with dom) weather changed completely around 5 pm.
